Use tarragon, or any other fresh herb you enjoy.
I used half the eggs as that is all I had and added onion and dill pickle.
The type of bread is again up to your own preferences but in this instance we will be using whole grain bread.
Pickled ginger, especially when paired with Kewpie mayo, can be particularly divine; I like to use the chopped up ginger and the brine it comes packed in.
